Letters from the
ladies are not disappearing. the sorting of
the letters “New replies first” is set in
your account by default. It means that if
you do not choose any other type of sorting
you will see the new replies from the ladies
first and then the rest of the messages sorted
by date.
So, if you opened a letter from the lady yesterday,
today you will find it after the new replies
from the ladies sorted by date, possibly not
on the first page.
